If you are unable to shave before your appointment, you must also book a pre-shave service. If you show up to your appointment unshaved without having booked a pre-shave, we will need to modify your services to take time to properly shave and prep your skin. You will be charged the full price of all services booked regardless.

If you are able, shave in a hot steamy shower the day before you come in. We encourage you to find a way to do this at home either by yourself or with assistance to mitigate shaving irritations before your treatment.

In order to meet our mission we have to be strict with our cancellation and lateness policies. We strongly encourage our clients to block out an extra 30-60 minutes longer than the scheduled appointment to account for any extra care time we need to take with either you or a client ahead of you. Parking in this neighborhood can be tricky, which is why we offer reduced and validated parking for Uncle Nat’s clients only at a conveniently located garage.

Getting a tan or having elongated sun exposure up to two weeks before or after your treatment can lead to discoloration and permanent damage. Be extra diligent with your sunscreen leading up to the appointment and try to keep the areas you are lasering covered when outside.
